Currently, by invitation only.

What are the fees?

No application fee.

Stipends are provided to artists in residence at LAFL.

What are the arrangements like?

Lost and Found Lab provides a live/work/studio space on the ground floor of the building, with access to a private garden.  Second floor includes a book library, open air sky patio, guest/reading/writing room, gallery and gathering space, and a full kitchen.

How do I get to The Lost and Found Lab?

Is a car provided?

Yes, a vehicle will be provided for local travel needs.

Is there access to New York City from the Lab?

Yes.  Access to New York City is available by train, via Cos Cob metro-north.

Do residents cook their own meals?

Yes

May I invite guests/spouse?

Overnight guests may join the artist for limited stays with prior approval from LAFL staff.

Is smoking permitted in the residency?

Smoking is not permitted inside the residency building.

Does the facility have a washer/dryer?

Yes. Laundry facilities are provided.

May I bring a pet or an emotional support animal to the Lab?

We do love animals here at the Lab — but they are not allowed on the residency property.
